Nanoscale Research Facility
The nanoscale research facility has been established with the support from Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeiTy) and IIT Delhi to support the interdisciplinary research in the area of nanoscience and nanotechnology. The facility consists of class 100/1000 clean rooms with several state of the art fabrication/thin film deposition instruments and characterization facilities.
